Esther 1:22
ಅರಸನು ಮೆಮುಕಾನನ ಮಾತಿನ ಪ್ರಕಾರಮಾಡಿ ಪ್ರತಿ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ತನ್ನ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ನಡಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದೂ ತನ್ನ ಜನರ ಭಾಷೆಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಮಾತನಾಡಬೇಕೆಂದೂ ಪ್ರಾಂತ್ಯ ಪ್ರಾಂತ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅದರ ಬರಹದ ಪ್ರಕಾರವೂ ಜನ ಜನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರ ಭಾಷೆಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರವೂ ಅರಸನ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಪ್ರಾಂತ್ಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದನು.
