Ecclesiastes 3:10
ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸಿಸುವಂತೆ ಮನು ಷ್ಯರ ಪುತ್ರರಿಗೆ ದೇವರು ಕೊಟ್ಟ ಪ್ರಯಾಸವನ್ನು ನಾನು ಕಂಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ.

ದೇವರು ತನ್ನ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ವನಿಗೆ ಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನೂ ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆಯನ್ನೂ ಆನಂದವನ್ನೂ ದಯಪಾಲಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ; ದೇವರ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯವನಿಗೆ ಕೊಡುವದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಕೂಡಿಸಿ ಒದಗಿಸು ವಂತೆ ಪಾಪಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಯಾಸವನ್ನು ಕೊಡುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವ್ಯರ್ಥವೂ ಪ್ರಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ಆಯಾಸಕರವೂ ಆಗಿದೆ.

ಸಹೋದ ರರೇ, ನಾವು ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾರ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ಭಾರಹಾಕ ಬಾರದೆಂದು ಹಗಲಿರುಳು ದುಡಿದು ಜೀವನ ಮಾಡಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾ ದೇವರ ಸುವಾರ್ತೆಯನ್ನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಸಾರಿದೆವು; ಆ ನಮ್ಮ ಕಷ್ಟವೂ ಪ್ರಯಾಸವೂ ನಿಮ್ಮ ನೆನಪಿನಲ್ಲಿ ರುವದಷ್ಟೆ.
