Deuteronomy 2:21
ಅವರು ಅನಾಕ್ಯರ ಹಾಗೆ ದೊಡ್ಡವರೂ ಬಹಳವಾದ ವರೂ ಉದ್ದವಾದವರೂ ಆಗಿರುವ ಜನರು; ಆದರೆ ಕರ್ತನು ಅವರನ್ನು ಇವರ ಮುಂದೆ ನಾಶಮಾಡಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಇವರು ಅವರನ್ನು ಹೊರಡಿಸಿ ಅವರ ಬದಲಾಗಿ ವಾಸಿಸಿದರು.

ಕರ್ತನು ಸೇಯಾರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸವಾಗಿ ರುವ ಏಸಾವನ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ಹಾಗಾಯಿತು. ಅವನು ಅವರ ಮುಂದೆ ಹೋರಿಯರನ್ನು ನಾಶ ಮಾಡಿದಾಗ ಅವರು ಇವರನ್ನು ಹೊರಡಿಸಿ ಇವರ ಬದಲಾಗಿ ಇಂದಿನ ವರೆಗೂ ವಾಸಿಸಿದ್ದವರಲ್ಲಾ.

ಮಹಾ ಶರೀರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಉಳಿದವರೊಳಗೆ ಬಾಷಾನಿನ ಅರಸ ನಾದ ಓಗನು ಮಾತ್ರ ಉಳಿದನು; ಅಗೋ, ಅವನ ಮಂಚವು ಕಬ್ಬಿಣದ ಮಂಚ; ಅದು ಅಮ್ಮೋನನ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ರಬ್ಬಾನಲ್ಲಿ ಉಂಟಲ್ಲವೋ? ಅದರ ಉದ್ದವು ಪುರುಷನ ಕೈಯಳತೆಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಒಂಭತ್ತು ಮೊಳ, ಅಗಲವು ನಾಲ್ಕು ಮೊಳ ಇತ್ತು.
