Deuteronomy 19:19
ಅವನು ತನ್ನ ಸಹೋದರನಿಗೆ ಮಾಡುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಯೋಚಿಸಿದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಹೀಗೆ ಕೆಟ್ಟದ್ದನ್ನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿಂದ ತೆಗೆದುಹಾಕಬೇಕು.

Deuteronomy 22:24
ಅವರಿಬ್ಬರನ್ನು ಆ ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಬಾಗಲಿನ ಹೊರಗೆ ತಂದು ಅವರು ಸಾಯುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಕಲ್ಲೆಸೆಯಬೇಕು; ಆ ಹುಡುಗಿಯು ಪಟ್ಟಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದಾಗ್ಯೂ ಕೂಗದೆ ಇದ್ದದ್ದರಿಂದಲೂ ಆ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು, ತನ್ನ ನೆರೆಯವನ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯನ್ನು ಕೆಡಿಸಿದ್ದರಿಂದಲೂ ಅವರನ್ನು ಸಾಯಿಸ ಬೇಕು. ಹೀಗೆ ಕೆಟ್ಟದ್ದನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿಂದ ತೆಗೆದು ಹಾಕಬೇಕು.

ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಹಿರಿಯರಿಗೆ--ಈ ನಮ್ಮ ಮಗನು ಮೊಂಡನೂ ತಿರುಗಿ ಬೀಳುವವನೂ ನಮ್ಮ ಮಾತು ಕೇಳದವನೂ ಹೊಟ್ಟೇ ಬಾಕನೂ ಕುಡಿಯುವವನೂ ಆಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಬೇಕು.

ಉಳಿದವರು ಕೇಳಿ ಭಯಪಟ್ಟು ಆ ಕೆಟ್ಟಕೃತ್ಯವನ್ನು ಇನ್ನು ಮೇಲೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ.

ಅಂಥ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಯನ್ನಾದರೂ ಕನಸು ಕಾಣುವವನ ನ್ನಾದರೂ ಕೊಂದುಹಾಕಬೇಕು; ಐಗುಪ್ತದೇಶದೊಳ ಗಿಂದ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಹೊರಗೆ ಬರಮಾಡಿ, ದಾಸತ್ವದ ಮನೆ ಯೊಳಗಿಂದ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ವಿಮೋಚಿಸಿದ ನಿನ್ನ ಕರ್ತನಾದ ದೇವರಿಂದ ತಿರುಗುವಂತೆ ಮತ್ತು ನಿನ್ನ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ನಿನಗೆ ನಡೆಯಲು ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದ ಮಾರ್ಗ ದಿಂದ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ದೂಡುವಂತೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ಹೀಗೆ ನೀನು ಕೆಟ್ಟದ್ದನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನ ಮಧ್ಯದಿಂದ ತೆಗೆದುಹಾಕಬೇಕು.
