2 Chronicles 8:18
ಹೂರಾಮನು ತನ್ನ ಸೇವಕರ ಕೈಯಿಂದ ಹಡಗುಗಳನ್ನೂ ಸಮುದ್ರ ತಿಳಿದ ವರಾದ ಸೇವಕರನ್ನೂ ಅವನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದನು. ಅವರು ಸೊಲೊಮೋನನ ಸೇವಕರ ಸಂಗಡ ಓಫೀರಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಸೊಲೊಮೋನನಿಗೆ ನಾನೂರೈವತ್ತು ತಲಾಂತು ತೂಕ ಬಂಗಾರವನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಬಂದರು.

ಅರಸನಿಗೆ ತಾರ್ಷೀ ಷಿನ ಹಡಗುಗಳು ಹೀರಾಮನ ಹಡಗುಗಳ ಸಂಗಡ ಸಮುದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದವು. ಮೂರು ವರುಷಕ್ಕೆ ಒಂದು ಸಾರಿ ತಾರ್ಷೀಷಿನ ಹಡಗುಗಳು ಬೆಳ್ಳಿಬಂಗಾರ ವನ್ನೂ ದಂತವನ್ನೂ ಕೋತಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ನವಿಲುಗಳನ್ನೂ ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡು ಬರುತ್ತಿದ್ದವು.
ಪ್ರಸಂಗಿ 2:8
ನಾನು ಬೆಳ್ಳಿ ಬಂಗಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಅರಸರ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಾಂತ್ಯಗಳ ವಿಶೇಷವಾದ ಸಂಪತ್ತನ್ನು ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಿ ಕೊಂಡೆನು; ಗಾಯಕ ಗಾಯಕಿಯರನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಮನುಷ್ಯ ಪುತ್ರರಿಗೆ ಆನಂದಕರವಾದ ಸಂಗೀತ ವಾದ್ಯ ಗಳನ್ನು ಅವುಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಭವಿಸಿದವುಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂಪಾದಿಸಿ ಕೊಂಡೆನು.
