ಪ್ರವಾದಿಯಾದ ಯೆರೆವಿಾಯನು ಮಹ್ಸೇಯನ ಮಗನಾದ ನೇರೀಯನ ಮಗನಾದ ಸೆರಾಯನಿಗೆ, ಅವನು ಯೆಹೂದದ ಅರಸನಾದ ಚಿದ್ಕೀಯನ ಸಂಗಡ, ಇವನ ಆಳಿಕೆಯ ನಾಲ್ಕನೇ ವರುಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಾಬೆಲಿಗೆ ಹೋದಾಗ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದ ವಾಕ್ಯವು. ಆ ಸೆರಾಯನು ಶಾಂತವಾದ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದನು.
