Genesis 50:17
ನಿನ್ನ ಸಹೋದರರ ಅಪರಾಧವನ್ನೂ ಅವರ ಪಾಪವನ್ನೂ ಮನ್ನಿಸು ಎಂಬದಾಗಿ ಯೋಸೇಫನಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿರಿ ಎಂದು ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ಹೀಗಿರುವದರಿಂದ ನಿನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯ ದೇವರ ದಾಸರಾದ ನಾವು ಮಾಡಿದ ಅಪರಾಧವನ್ನು ಕ್ಷಮಿಸು ಅಂದರು. ಹೀಗೆ ಅವರು ಯೋಸೇಫನ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವಾಗ ಅವನು ಅತ್ತನು.
