ಒಬ್ಬ ಮನುಷ್ಯನಿಗೆ ಪ್ರೀತಿಮಾಡಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಒಬ್ಬಳೂ ಹಗೆಮಾಡಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಒಬ್ಬಳೂ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಪತ್ನಿಯರು ಇರ ಲಾಗಿ ಪ್ರೀತಿಮಾಡಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವಳೂ ಹಗೆಮಾಡಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವಳೂ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಹೆತ್ತಿರುವಲ್ಲಿ ಹಗೆಮಾಡಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವಳ ಮಗನು ಚೊಚ್ಚಲಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ

ಹೀಗಿರುವದರಿಂದ ಯಾಕೋಬನು ರಾಹೇಲಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಮಾಡಿ--ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನ ಕಿರಿಮಗಳಾಗಿರುವ ರಾಹೇಲಳಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ನಿನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಏಳು ವರುಷ ಸೇವೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ ಅಂದನು.
Genesis 29:20
ಈ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಯಾಕೋ ಬನು ರಾಹೇಲಳಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಏಳು ವರುಷ ಸೇವೆ ಮಾಡಿದನು. ಅವನು ಆಕೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಮಾಡಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಏಳು ವರುಷಗಳು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ದಿನಗಳಾಗಿ ತೋರಿದವು.
Genesis 29:30
ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಅವನು ರಾಹೇಲಳ ಬಳಿಗೂ ಬಂದು ಲೇಯಳಿಗಿಂತ ರಾಹೇಲಳನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಪ್ರೀತಿಮಾಡಿ ಇನ್ನೂ ಏಳು ವರುಷ ಅವನ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇವೆಮಾಡಿದನು.
