Deuteronomy 19:10
ನಿನ್ನ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ನಿನಗೆ ಸ್ವಾಸ್ತ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಕೊಡುವ ನಿನ್ನ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಪರಾಧವಿಲ್ಲದ ರಕ್ತವು ಚೆಲ್ಲಲ್ಪಟ್ಟದ್ದರಿಂದ ರಕ್ತಾಪ ರಾಧವು ನಿನ್ನ ಮೇಲೆ ಬಾರದ ಹಾಗೆ ನೀನು ಈ ಮೂರು ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳಿಗೆ ಇನ್ನೂ ಮೂರು ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳನ್ನು ಕೂಡಿಸಬೇಕು.

ನಿನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣು ಅವನನ್ನು ಕರುಣಿಸಬಾರದು; ನಿನಗೆ ಒಳ್ಳೆದಾಗುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಅಪರಾಧವಿಲ್ಲದ ರಕ್ತದ ದೋಷವನ್ನು ಇಸ್ರಾ ಯೇಲಿನಿಂದ ತೆಗೆದುಹಾಕಬೇಕು.
