2 Kings 6:9
ಆಗ ದೇವರ ಮನು ಷ್ಯನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಅರಸನಿಗೆ--ಅಂಥಾ ಸ್ಥಳವನ್ನು ಹಾದು ಹೋಗದೆ ಜಾಗ್ರತೆಯಾಗಿ ಇರು; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಅರಾಮ್ಯರು ಅಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಇಳಿದು ಬಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದನು.

| of Israel, | יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ | yiśrāʾēl | yees-ra-ALE |
| saying, | לֵאמֹ֔ר | lēʾmōr | lay-MORE |
| Beware | הִשָּׁ֕מֶר | hiššāmer | hee-SHA-mer |
| pass thou that | מֵֽעֲבֹ֖ר | mēʿăbōr | may-uh-VORE |
| not such | הַמָּק֣וֹם | hammāqôm | ha-ma-KOME |
| a place; | הַזֶּ֑ה | hazze | ha-ZEH |
| for | כִּי | kî | kee |
| thither | שָׁ֖ם | šām | shahm |
| the Syrians | אֲרָ֥ם | ʾărām | uh-RAHM |
| are come down. | נְחִתִּֽים׃ | nĕḥittîm | neh-hee-TEEM |
