ಯೆಹೋಯಾಕೀಮನು ಆಳಲು ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದಾಗ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತೈದು ವರುಷದವನಾಗಿದ್ದು ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹನ್ನೊಂದು ವರುಷ ಆಳಿದನು. ಅವನ ತಾಯಿ ರೂಮದ ಪೆದಾಯನ ಮಗಳು ಜೆಬೂದಾಳೆಂಬವಳು.
