2 Kings 17:32
ಹೀಗೆ ಅವರು ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ಭಯಪಟ್ಟು ತಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿರುವ ನೀಚ ರೊಳಗೆ ಉನ್ನತ ಸ್ಥಾನಕ್ಕೋಸ್ಕರ ಯಾಜಕರನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ ಕೊಂಡರು. ಇವರು ಉನ್ನತ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳ ಮೇಲಿರುವ ಮನೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಬಲಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅರ್ಪಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಇದ್ದರು.

| of the high places, | כֹּֽהֲנֵ֣י | kōhănê | koh-huh-NAY |
| which sacrificed | בָמ֔וֹת | bāmôt | va-MOTE |
| houses the in them for | וַיִּֽהְי֛וּ | wayyihĕyû | va-yee-heh-YOO |
| of the high places. | עֹשִׂ֥ים | ʿōśîm | oh-SEEM |
| לָהֶ֖ם | lāhem | la-HEM | |
