ಮೂರನೇ ಪಾಲು ಅರಸನ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಮೂರನೇ ಪಾಲು ಅಸ್ತಿವಾರದ ಬಾಗಲ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಜನರು ಕರ್ತನ ಆಲಯದ ಅಂಗಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಇರಬೇಕು.
