ಅವನು ತನಗೋಸ್ಕರ ದಾವೀ ದನ ಪಟ್ಟಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಗಿಸಿದ ಅವನ ಸ್ವಂತ ಸಮಾಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನನ್ನು ಹೂಣಿಟ್ಟರು. ಅವರು ತೈಲಗಾರರ ವಿದ್ಯೆ ಯಿಂದ ಸಿದ್ಧಮಾಡಿದ ಸುಗಂಧಗಳಿಂದಲೂ ನಾನಾ ವಿಧವಾದ ಪದಾರ್ಥಗಳಿಂದಲೂ ತುಂಬಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಹಾಸಿ ಗೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಅವನನ್ನು ಮಲಗಿಸಿ ಅವನಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಬಹಳ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ (ಧೂಪವನ್ನು) ಸುಟ್ಟರು.
