1 Samuel 14:26
ಜನರು ಆ ಅಡವಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೋಗುವಾಗ ಇಗೋ, ಜೇನು ತುಪ್ಪ ಸುರಿಯುತ್ತಿತ್ತು; ಆದರೆ ಜನರು ಆ ಆಣೆಯ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ಭಯಪಟ್ಟದ್ದ ರಿಂದ ಒಬ್ಬನಾದರೂ ತನ್ನ ಬಾಯಿಗೆ ಹಾಕಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿಲ್ಲ.

| his hand | יָדוֹ֙ | yādô | ya-DOH |
| to | אֶל | ʾel | el |
| mouth: his | פִּ֔יו | pîw | peeoo |
| for | כִּֽי | kî | kee |
| the people | יָרֵ֥א | yārēʾ | ya-RAY |
| feared | הָעָ֖ם | hāʿām | ha-AM |
