ಅವರು ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಹಾದು ಹೋಗಲು ಅದನ್ನು ವಿಭಾಗ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಅಹಾಬನು ಒಂದು ಮಾರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಓಬದ್ಯನು ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಮಾರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ವಾಗಿ ಹೋದರು.
