ಇದ ಲ್ಲದೆ ದಾವೀದನು--ನನ್ನ ಮಗನಾದ ಸೊಲೊಮೋ ನನು ಹುಡುಗನಾಗಿಯೂ ಮೃದುವಾದವನಾಗಿಯೂ ಇದ್ದಾನೆ; ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ಕಟ್ಟಬೇಕಾದ ಮನೆಯೂ ಸಮಸ್ತ ದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕೀರ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಸೌಂದರ್ಯದ ಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಅಧಿಕ ಘನವಾಗಿರಬೇಕು; ನಾನು ಅದ ಕ್ಕೋಸ್ಕರ ಈಗ ಸಿದ್ಧಮಾಡುವೆನೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು. ಆದದರಿಂದ ದಾವೀದನು ಸಾಯುವದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಮುಂಚೆ ಬಹಳವಾಗಿ ಸಿದ್ಧಮಾಡಿದನು.
