ಆಗ ದಾವೀದನೂ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲೂ ಕರ್ತನ ನಾಮ ಇಡಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಕೆರೂಬಿಗಳ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸವಾಗಿರುವ ಕರ್ತನಾದ ದೇವರ ಮಂಜೂಷವನ್ನು ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದ ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡು ಬರಲು ಯೆಹೂದಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿದ ಕಿರ್ಯತ್ಯಾರೀಮಿನ ಬಾಳಾಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋದರು.

ಅವರು ನನ್ನ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಇಡಬೇಕು. ನಾನೇ ಅವರನ್ನು ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸುವೆನು.

ನನ್ನ ಯಜ್ಞವೇದಿಯನ್ನು ಮಣ್ಣಿನಿಂದ ಮಾಡ ಬೇಕು. ಅದರ ಮೇಲೆ ನಿನ್ನ ದಹನಬಲಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ಸಮಾಧಾನದ ಬಲಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ಕುರಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ಎತ್ತುಗಳನ್ನೂ ಅರ್ಪಿಸಬೇಕು; ನನ್ನ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಜ್ಞಾಪಕಮಾಡುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸುವೆನು.
