என் பரிசுத்தநாளாகிய ஓய்வுநாளிலே உனக்கு இஷ்டமானதைச் செய்யாதபடி, உன் காலை விலக்கி, உன்வழிகளின்படி, நடவாமலும், உனக்கு இஷ்டமானதைச் செய்யாமலும் உன் சொந்தப்பேச்சைப் பேசாமலிருந்து ஓய்வுநாளை மனமகிழ்ச்சியின் நாளென்றும், கர்த்தருடைய பரிசுத்த நாளை மகிமையுள்ள நாளென்றும் சொல்லி, அதை மகிமையாக எண்ணுவாயானால்,

Then	אָ֤ז	ʾāz	az
shalt thou call,	תִּקְרָא֙	tiqrāʾ	teek-RA
and the Lord	וַיהוָ֣ה	wayhwâ	vai-VA
shall answer;	יַעֲנֶ֔ה	yaʿăne	ya-uh-NEH
thou shalt cry,	תְּשַׁוַּ֖ע	tĕšawwaʿ	teh-sha-WA
and he shall say,	וְיֹאמַ֣ר	wĕyōʾmar	veh-yoh-MAHR
Here	הִנֵּ֑נִי	hinnēnî	hee-NAY-nee
I am. If	אִם	ʾim	eem
thou take away	תָּסִ֤יר	tāsîr	ta-SEER
from the midst	מִתּֽוֹכְךָ֙	mittôkĕkā	mee-toh-heh-HA
of thee the yoke,	מוֹטָ֔ה	môṭâ	moh-TA
the putting forth	שְׁלַ֥ח	šĕlaḥ	sheh-LAHK
of the finger,	אֶצְבַּ֖ע	ʾeṣbaʿ	ets-BA
and speaking	וְדַבֶּר	wĕdabber	veh-da-BER
vanity;	אָֽוֶן׃	ʾāwen	AH-ven
