राजा तो शोक करेगा, और रईस उदासी रूपी वस्त्र पहिनेंगे, और देश के लोगों के हाथ ढीले पड़ेंगे। मैं उनके चलन के अनुसार उन से बर्ताव करूंगा, और उनकी कमाई के समान उन को दण्ड दूंगा; तब वे जान लेंगे कि मैं यहोवा हूँ।
