Psalm 84
1 हे सेनाओं के यहोवा, तेरे निवास क्या ही प्रिय हैं!
2 मेरा प्राण यहोवा के आंगनों की अभिलाषा करते करते मूर्छित हो चला; मेरा तन मन दोनों जीवते ईश्वर को पुकार रहे॥
3 हे सेनाओं के यहोवा, हे मेरे राजा, और मेरे परमेश्वर, तेरी वेदियों मे गौरैया ने अपना बसेरा और शूपाबेनी ने घोंसला बना लिया है जिस में वह अपने बच्चे रखे।
4 क्या ही धन्य हैं वे, जो तेरे भवन में रहते हैं; वे तेरी स्तुति निरन्तर करते रहेंगे॥
5 क्या ही धन्य है, वह मनुष्य जो तुझ से शक्ति पाता है, और वे जिन को सिय्योन की सड़क की सुधि रहती है।
6 वे रोने की तराई में जाते हुए उसको सोतों का स्थान बनाते हैं; फिर बरसात की अगली वृष्टि उसमें आशीष ही आशीष उपजाती है।
7 वे बल पर बल पाते जाते हैं; उन में से हर एक जन सिय्योन में परमेश्वर को अपना मुंह दिखाएगा॥
8 हे सेनाओं के परमेश्वर यहोवा, मेरी प्रार्थना सुन, हे याकूब के परमेश्वर, कान लगा!
9 हे परमेश्वर, हे हमारी ढ़ाल, दृष्टि कर; और अपने अभिषिक्ति का मुख देख!
10 क्योंकि तेरे आंगनों में का एक दिन और कहीं के हजार दिन से उत्तम है। दुष्टों के डेरों में वास करने से अपने परमेश्वर के भवन की डेवढ़ी पर खड़ा रहना ही मुझे अधिक भावता है।
11 क्योंकि यहोवा परमेश्वर सूर्य और ढाल है; यहोवा अनुग्रह करेगा, और महिमा देगा; और जो लोग खरी चाल चलते हैं; उन से वह कोई अच्छा पदार्थ रख न छोड़ेगा।
12 हे सेनाओं के यहोवा, क्या ही धन्य वह मनुष्य है, जो तुझ पर भरोसा रखता है!

2 How amiable are thy tabernacles, O Lord of hosts!
3 My soul longeth, yea, even fainteth for the courts of the Lord: my heart and my flesh crieth out for the living God.
4 Yea, the sparrow hath found an house, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may lay her young, even thine altars, O Lord of hosts, my King, and my God.
5 Blessed are they that dwell in thy house: they will be still praising thee. Selah.
6 Blessed is the man whose strength is in thee; in whose heart are the ways of them.
7 Who passing through the valley of Baca make it a well; the rain also filleth the pools.
8 They go from strength to strength, every one of them in Zion appeareth before God.
9 O Lord God of hosts, hear my prayer: give ear, O God of Jacob. Selah.
10 Behold, O God our shield, and look upon the face of thine anointed.
11 For a day in thy courts is better than a thousand. I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness.
12 For the Lord God is a sun and shield: the Lord will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.
13 O Lord of hosts, blessed is the man that trusteth in thee.

1 मूढ़ ने अपने मन में कहा है, कि कोई परमेश्वर है ही नहीं। वे बिगड़ गए, उन्होंने कुटिलता के घिनौने काम किए हैं; कोई सुकर्मी नहीं॥
The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. Corrupt are they, and have done abominable iniquity: there is none that doeth good.
2 परमेश्वर ने स्वर्ग पर से मनुष्यों के ऊपर दृष्टि की ताकि देखे कि कोई बुद्धि से चलने वाला वा परमेश्वर को पूछने वाला है कि नहीं॥
God looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, that did seek God.
3 वे सब के सब हट गए; सब एक साथ बिगड़ गए; कोई सुकर्मी नहीं, एक भी नहीं॥ क्या उन सब अनर्थकारियों को कुछ भी ज्ञान नहीं?
Every one of them is gone back: they are altogether become filthy; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.
4 जो मेरे लोगों को ऐसे खाते हैं जैसे रोटी और परमेश्वर का नाम नहीं लेते?
Have the workers of iniquity no knowledge? who eat up my people as they eat bread: they have not called upon God.
5 वहां उन पर भय छा गया जहां भय का कोई कारण न था। क्योंकि यहोवा ने उनकी हडि्डयों को, जो तेरे विरुद्ध छावनी डाले पड़े थे, तितर बितर कर दिया; तू ने तो उन्हें लज्जित कर दिया इसलिये कि परमेश्वर ने उन को निकम्मा ठहराया है॥
There were they in great fear, where no fear was: for God hath scattered the bones of him that encampeth against thee: thou hast put them to shame, because God hath despised them.
6 भला होता कि इस्राएल का पूरा उद्धार सिय्योन से निकलता! जब परमेश्वर अपनी प्रजा को बन्धुवाई से लौटा ले आएगा तब याकूब मगन और इस्राएल आनन्दित होगा॥
Oh that the salvation of Israel were come out of Zion! When God bringeth back the captivity of his people, Jacob shall rejoice, and Israel shall be glad.
