Psalm 71 in Hindi

1 हे यहोवा मैं तेरा शरणागत हूं; मेरी आशा कभी टूटने न पाए!

2 तू तो धर्मी है, मुझे छुड़ा और मेरा उद्धार कर; मेरी ओर कान लगा, और मेरा उद्धार कर!

3 मेरे लिये सनातन काल की चट्टान का धाम बन, जिस में मैं नित्य जा सकूं; तू ने मेरे उद्धार की आज्ञा तो दी है, क्योंकि तू मेरी चट्टान और मेरा गढ़ ठहरा है॥

4 हे मेरे परमेश्वर दुष्ट के, और कुटिल और क्रूर मनुष्य के हाथ से मेरी रक्षा कर।

5 क्योंकि हे प्रभु यहोवा, मैं तेरी ही बाट जोहता आया हूं; बचपन से मेरा आधार तू है।

6 मैं गर्भ से निकलते ही, तुझ से सम्भाला गया; मुझे मां की कोख से तू ही ने निकाला; इसलिये मैं नित्य तेरी स्तुति करता रहूंगा॥

7 मैं बहुतों के लिये चमत्कार बना हूं; परन्तु तू मेरा दृढ़ शरण स्थान है।

8 मेरे मुंह से तेरे गुणानुवाद, और दिन भर तेरी शोभा का वर्णन बहुत हुआ करे।

9 बुढ़ापे के समय मेरा त्याग न कर; जब मेरा बल घटे तब मुझ को छोड़ न दे।

10 क्योंकि मेरे शत्रु मेरे विषय बातें करते हैं, और जो मेरे प्राण की ताक में हैं, वे आपस में यह सम्मति करते हैं, कि

11 परमेश्वर ने उसको छोड़ दिया है; उसका पीछा करके उसे पकड़ लो, क्योंकि उसका कोई छुड़ाने वाला नहीं॥

12 हे परमेश्वर, मुझ से दूर न रह; हे मेरे परमेश्वर, मेरी सहायता के लिये फुर्ती कर!

13 जो मेरे प्राण के विरोधी हैं, उनकी आशा टूटे और उनका अन्त हो जाए; जो मेरी हानि के अभिलाषी हैं, वे नामधराई और अनादर में गड़ जाएं।

14 मैं तो निरन्तर आशा लगाए रहूंगा, और तेरी स्तुति अधिक अधिक करता जाऊंगा।

15 मैं अपने मुंह से तेरे धर्म का, और तेरे किए हुए उद्धार का वर्णन दिन भर करता रहूंगा, परन्तु उनका पूरा ब्योरा जाना भी नहीं जाता।

16 मैं प्रभु यहोवा के पराक्रम के कामों का वर्णन करता हुआ आऊंगा, मैं केवल तेरे ही धर्म की चर्चा किया करूंगा॥

17 हे परमेश्वर, तू तो मुझ को बचपन ही से सिखाता आया है, और अब तक मैं तेरे आश्चर्य कर्मों का प्रचार करता आया हूं।

18 इसलिये हे परमेश्वर जब मैं बूढ़ा हो जाऊं और मेरे बाल पक जाएं, तब भी तू मुझे न छोड़, जब तक मैं आने वाली पीढ़ी के लोगों को तेरा बाहुबल और सब उत्पन्न होने वालों को तेरा पराक्रम सुनाऊं।

19 और हे परमेश्वर, तेरा धर्म अति महान है॥ तू जिसने महाकार्य किए हैं, हे परमेश्वर तेरे तुल्य कौन है?

20 तू ने तो हम को बहुत से कठिन कष्ट दिखाए हैं परन्तु अब तू फिर से हम को जिलाएगा; और पृथ्वी के गहिरे गड़हे में से उबार लेगा।

21 तू मेरी बड़ाई को बढ़ाएगा, और फिर कर मुझे शान्ति देगा॥

22 हे मेरे परमेश्वर, मैं भी तेरी सच्चाई का धन्यवाद सारंगी बजाकर गाऊंगा; हे इस्राएल के पवित्र मैं वीणा बजा कर तेरा भजन गाऊंगा।

23 जब मैं तेरा भजन गाऊंगा, तब अपने मुंह से और अपने प्राण से भी जो तू ने बचा लिया है, जयजयकार करूंगा।

24 और मैं तेरे धर्म की चर्चा दिन भर करता रहूंगा; क्योंकि जो मेरी हानि के अभिलाषी थे, उनकी आशा टूट गई और मुंह काले हो गए हैं॥

1 In thee, O Lord, do I put my trust: let me never be put to confusion.

2 Deliver me in thy righteousness, and cause me to escape: incline thine ear unto me, and save me.

3 Be thou my strong habitation, whereunto I may continually resort: thou hast given commandment to save me; for thou art my rock and my fortress.

4 Deliver me, O my God, out of the hand of the wicked, out of the hand of the unrighteous and cruel man.

5 For thou art my hope, O Lord God: thou art my trust from my youth.

6 By thee have I been holden up from the womb: thou art he that took me out of my mother’s bowels: my praise shall be continually of thee.

7 I am as a wonder unto many; but thou art my strong refuge.

8 Let my mouth be filled with thy praise and with thy honour all the day.

9 Cast me not off in the time of old age; forsake me not when my strength faileth.

10 For mine enemies speak against me; and they that lay wait for my soul take counsel together,

11 Saying, God hath forsaken him: persecute and take him; for there is none to deliver him.

12 O God, be not far from me: O my God, make haste for my help.

13 Let them be confounded and consumed that are adversaries to my soul; let them be covered with reproach and dishonour that seek my hurt.

14 But I will hope continually, and will yet praise thee more and more.

15 My mouth shall shew forth thy righteousness and thy salvation all the day; for I know not the numbers thereof.

16 I will go in the strength of the Lord God: I will make mention of thy righteousness, even of thine only.

17 O God, thou hast taught me from my youth: and hitherto have I declared thy wondrous works.

18 Now also when I am old and grayheaded, O God, forsake me not; until I have shewed thy strength unto this generation, and thy power to every one that is to come.

19 Thy righteousness also, O God, is very high, who hast done great things: O God, who is like unto thee!

20 Thou, which hast shewed me great and sore troubles, shalt quicken me again, and shalt bring me up again from the depths of the earth.

21 Thou shalt increase my greatness, and comfort me on every side.

22 I will also praise thee with the psaltery, even thy truth, O my God: unto thee will I sing with the harp, O thou Holy One of Israel.

23 My lips shall greatly rejoice when I sing unto thee; and my soul, which thou hast redeemed.

24 My tongue also shall talk of thy righteousness all the day long: for they are confounded, for they are brought unto shame, that seek my hurt.
