Psalm 125
1 जो यहोवा पर भरोसा रखते हैं, वे सिय्योन पर्वत के समान हैं, जो टलता नहीं, वरन सदा बना रहता है।
2 जिस प्रकार यरूशलेम के चारों ओर पहाड़ हैं, उसी प्रकार यहोवा अपनी प्रजा के चारों ओर अब से लेकर सर्वदा तक बना रहेगा।
3 क्योंकि दुष्टों का राजदण्ड धर्मियों के भाग पर बना न रहेगा, ऐसा न हो कि धर्मी अपने हाथ कुटिल काम की ओर बढ़ाएं॥
4 हे यहोवा, भलों का, और सीधे मन वालों का भला कर!
5 परन्तु जो मुड़ कर टेढ़े मार्गों में चलते हैं, उन को यहोवा अनर्थकारियों के संग निकाल देगा! इस्राएल को शान्ति मिले!
1 A Song of degrees.
2 They that trust in the Lord shall be as mount Zion, which cannot be removed, but abideth for ever.
3 As the mountains are round about Jerusalem, so the Lord is round about his people from henceforth even for ever.
4 For the rod of the wicked shall not rest upon the lot of the righteous; lest the righteous put forth their hands unto iniquity.
5 Do good, O Lord, unto those that be good, and to them that are upright in their hearts.
6 As for such as turn aside unto their crooked ways, the Lord shall lead them forth with the workers of iniquity: but peace shall be upon Israel.
