Isaiah 41:22
वे उन्हें देकर हम को बताएं कि भविष्य में क्या होगा? पूर्वकाल की घटनाएं बताओ कि आदि में क्या क्या हुआ, जिस से हम उन्हें सोच कर जान सकें कि भविष्य में उनका क्या फल होगा; वा होने वाली घटनाएं हम को सुना दो।

जाति जाति के लोग इकट्ठे किए जाएं और राज्य राज्य के लोग एकत्रित हों। उन में से कौन यह बात बता सकता वा बीती हुई बातें हमें सुना सकता है? वे अपने साक्षी ले आएं जिस से वे सच्चे ठहरें, वे सुन लें और कहें, यह सत्य है।
यशायाह 44:7
और जब से मैं ने प्राचीनकाल में मनुष्यों को ठहराया, तब से कौन हुआ जो मेरी नाईं उसको प्रचार करे, वा बताए वा मेरे लिये रचे अथवा होनहार बातें पहिले ही से प्रगट करे?
यशायाह 48:14
तुम सब के सब इकट्ठे हो कर सुनो! उन में से किस ने कभी इन बातों का समाचार दिया? यहोवा उस से प्रेम रखता है: वह बाबुल पर अपनी इच्छा पूरी करेगा, और कसदियों पर उसका हाथ पड़ेगा।
