हारून और उसके पुत्रों से यह कह, कि पापबलि की व्यवस्था यह है; अर्थात जिस स्थान में होमबलिपशु वध किया जाता है उसी में पापबलिपशु भी यहोवा के सम्मुख बलि किया जाए; वह परमपवित्र है।
