ओर उसको यहोवा का भय सुगन्ध सा भाएगा॥ वह मुंह देखा न्याय न करेगा और न अपने कानों के सुनने के अनुसार निर्णय करेगा;

தீமோனின் தண்ணீர்கள் இரத்தத்தால் நிறைந்திருக்கும்; தீமோனின்மேல் அதிகக் கேடுகளைக் கட்டளையிடுவேன்; மோவாபிலே தப்பினவர்கள்மேலும், தேசத்தில் மீதியானவர்கள்மேலும் சிங்கத்தை வரச்செய்வேன்.

தீமோனின் தண்ணீரானது இரத்தத்தால் நிறைந்திருக்கும். தீமோனுக்கு மேலும் அதிகக் கேடுகளை நான் (கர்த்தர்) கொண்டுவருவேன். மோவாபில் வாழ்கிற சில ஜனங்கள் பகைவரிடமிருந்து தப்பியிருக்கிறார்கள். ஆனால் நான் அவர்களை உண்ண சிங்கங்களை அனுப்புவேன்.
