לָדַ֣עַת know la-DA-at חָכְמָ֣ה wisdom hoke-MA וּמוּסָ֑ר and oo-moo-SAHR לְ֝הָבִ֗ין instruction; LEH-ha-VEEN אִמְרֵ֥י to eem-RAY בִינָֽה׃ perceive vee-NA -
לָ֭קַחַת receive LA-ka-haht מוּסַ֣ר the moo-SAHR הַשְׂכֵּ֑ל instruction hahs-KALE צֶ֥דֶק of TSEH-dek וּ֝מִשְׁפָּ֗ט wisdom, OO-meesh-PAHT וּמֵֽשָׁרִֽים׃ justice, oo-MAY-sha-REEM -
לָתֵ֣ת give la-TATE לִפְתָאיִ֣ם subtilty leef-ta-YEEM עָרְמָ֑ה to ore-MA לְ֝נַ֗עַר the LEH-NA-ar דַּ֣עַת simple, DA-at וּמְזִמָּֽה׃ to oo-meh-zee-MA -
יִשְׁמַ֣ע wise yeesh-MA חָ֭כָם man HA-home וְי֣וֹסֶף will veh-YOH-sef לֶ֑קַח hear, LEH-kahk וְ֝נָב֗וֹן and VEH-na-VONE תַּחְבֻּל֥וֹת will tahk-boo-LOTE יִקְנֶֽה׃ increase yeek-NEH -
לְהָבִ֣ין understand leh-ha-VEEN מָ֭שָׁל a MA-shole וּמְלִיצָ֑ה proverb, oo-meh-lee-TSA דִּבְרֵ֥י and deev-RAY חֲ֝כָמִ֗ים the HUH-ha-MEEM וְחִידֹתָֽם׃ interpretation; veh-hee-doh-TAHM -
יִרְאַ֣ת fear yeer-AT יְ֭הוָה of YEH-va רֵאשִׁ֣ית the ray-SHEET דָּ֑עַת Lord DA-at חָכְמָ֥ה is hoke-MA וּ֝מוּסָ֗ר the OO-moo-SAHR אֱוִילִ֥ים beginning ay-vee-LEEM בָּֽזוּ׃ of ba-ZOO -
שְׁמַ֣ע son, sheh-MA בְּ֭נִי hear BEH-nee מוּסַ֣ר the moo-SAHR אָבִ֑יךָ instruction ah-VEE-ha וְאַל of veh-AL תִּ֝טֹּ֗שׁ thy TEE-TOHSH תּוֹרַ֥ת father, toh-RAHT אִמֶּֽךָ׃ and ee-MEH-ha -
כִּ֤י׀ they kee לִוְיַ֤ת shall leev-YAHT חֵ֓ן be hane הֵ֬ם an hame לְרֹאשֶׁ֑ךָ ornament leh-roh-SHEH-ha וַ֝עֲנָקִ֗ים of VA-uh-na-KEEM לְגַרְגְּרֹתֶֽךָ׃ grace leh-ɡahr-ɡeh-roh-TEH-ha -
בְּנִ֡י son, beh-NEE אִם if eem יְפַתּ֥וּךָ sinners yeh-FA-too-ha חַ֝טָּאִ֗ים entice HA-ta-EEM אַל thee, al תֹּבֵֽא׃ consent toh-VAY -
אִם they eem יֹאמְרוּ֮ say, yoh-meh-ROO לְכָ֪ה Come leh-HA אִ֫תָּ֥נוּ with EE-TA-noo נֶאֶרְבָ֥ה us, neh-er-VA לְדָ֑ם let leh-DAHM נִצְפְּנָ֖ה us neets-peh-NA לְנָקִ֣י lay leh-na-KEE חִנָּֽם׃ wait hee-NAHM -
נִ֭בְלָעֵם us NEEV-la-ame כִּשְׁא֣וֹל swallow keesh-OLE חַיִּ֑ים them ha-YEEM וּ֝תְמִימִ֗ים up OO-teh-mee-MEEM כְּי֣וֹרְדֵי alive keh-YOH-reh-day בֽוֹר׃ as vore -
כָּל shall kahl ה֣וֹן find hone יָקָ֣ר all ya-KAHR נִמְצָ֑א precious neem-TSA נְמַלֵּ֖א substance, neh-ma-LAY בָתֵּ֣ינוּ we voh-TAY-noo שָׁלָֽל׃ shall sha-LAHL -
גּ֭וֹרָ֣לְךָ in ɡOH-RA-leh-ha תַּפִּ֣יל thy ta-PEEL בְּתוֹכֵ֑נוּ lot beh-toh-HAY-noo כִּ֥יס among kees אֶ֝חָ֗ד us; EH-HAHD יִהְיֶ֥ה let yee-YEH לְכֻלָּֽנוּ׃ us leh-hoo-la-NOO -
בְּנִ֗י son, beh-NEE אַל walk al תֵּלֵ֣ךְ not tay-LAKE בְּדֶ֣רֶךְ thou beh-DEH-rek אִתָּ֑ם in ee-TAHM מְנַ֥ע the meh-NA רַ֝גְלְךָ֗ way RAHɡ-leh-HA מִנְּתִיבָתָֽם׃ with mee-neh-tee-va-TAHM -
כִּ֣י their kee רַ֭גְלֵיהֶם feet RAHɡ-lay-hem לָרַ֣ע run la-RA יָר֑וּצוּ to ya-ROO-tsoo וִֽ֝ימַהֲר֗וּ evil, VEE-ma-huh-ROO לִשְׁפָּךְ and leesh-POKE דָּֽם׃ make dahm -
כִּֽי in kee חִ֭נָּם vain HEE-nome מְזֹרָ֣ה the meh-zoh-RA הָרָ֑שֶׁת net ha-RA-shet בְּ֝עֵינֵ֗י is BEH-ay-NAY כָל spread hahl בַּ֥עַל in BA-al כָּנָֽף׃ the ka-NAHF -
וְ֭הֵם they VEH-hame לְדָמָ֣ם lay leh-da-MAHM יֶאֱרֹ֑בוּ wait yeh-ay-ROH-voo יִ֝צְפְּנ֗וּ for YEETS-peh-NOO לְנַפְשֹׁתָֽם׃ their leh-nahf-shoh-TAHM -
כֵּ֗ן are kane אָ֭רְחוֹת the AH-reh-hote כָּל ways kahl בֹּ֣צֵֽעַ of BOH-tsay-ah בָּ֑צַע every BA-tsa אֶת one et נֶ֖פֶשׁ that NEH-fesh בְּעָלָ֣יו is beh-ah-LAV יִקָּֽח׃ greedy yee-KAHK -
חָ֭כְמוֹת crieth HA-heh-mote בַּח֣וּץ without; ba-HOOTS תָּרֹ֑נָּה she ta-ROH-na בָּ֝רְחֹב֗וֹת uttereth BA-reh-hoh-VOTE תִּתֵּ֥ן her tee-TANE קוֹלָֽהּ׃ voice koh-LA -
בְּרֹ֥אשׁ crieth beh-ROHSH הֹמִיּ֗וֹת in hoh-MEE-yote תִּ֫קְרָ֥א the TEEK-RA בְּפִתְחֵ֖י chief beh-feet-HAY שְׁעָרִ֥ים place sheh-ah-REEM בָּעִ֗יר of ba-EER אֲמָרֶ֥יהָ concourse, uh-ma-RAY-ha תֹאמֵֽר׃ in toh-MARE -
עַד long, ad מָתַ֣י׀ ma-TAI פְּתָיִם֮ ye peh-ta-YEEM תְּֽאֵהֲב֫וּ simple teh-ay-huh-VOO פֶ֥תִי ones, FEH-tee וְלֵצִ֗ים will veh-lay-TSEEM לָ֭צוֹן ye LA-tsone חָמְד֣וּ love home-DOO לָהֶ֑ם simplicity? la-HEM וּ֝כְסִילִ֗ים and OO-heh-see-LEEM יִשְׂנְאוּ the yees-neh-OO דָֽעַת׃ scorners DA-at -
תָּשׁ֗וּבוּ you ta-SHOO-voo לְֽת֫וֹכַחְתִּ֥י at leh-TOH-hahk-TEE הִנֵּ֤ה my hee-NAY אַבִּ֣יעָה reproof: ah-BEE-ah לָכֶ֣ם behold, la-HEM רוּחִ֑י I roo-HEE אוֹדִ֖יעָה will oh-DEE-ah דְבָרַ֣י pour deh-va-RAI אֶתְכֶֽם׃ out et-HEM -
יַ֣עַן I YA-an קָ֭רָאתִי have KA-ra-tee וַתְּמָאֵ֑נוּ called, va-teh-ma-A-noo נָטִ֥יתִי and na-TEE-tee יָ֝דִ֗י ye YA-DEE וְאֵ֣ין refused; veh-ANE מַקְשִֽׁיב׃ I mahk-SHEEV -
וַתִּפְרְע֥וּ ye va-teef-reh-OO כָל have hahl עֲצָתִ֑י set uh-tsa-TEE וְ֝תוֹכַחְתִּ֗י at VEH-toh-hahk-TEE לֹ֣א nought loh אֲבִיתֶֽם׃ all uh-vee-TEM -
גַּם also ɡahm אֲ֭נִי will UH-nee בְּאֵידְכֶ֣ם laugh beh-ay-deh-HEM אֶשְׂחָ֑ק at es-HAHK אֶ֝לְעַ֗ג your EL-Aɡ בְּבֹ֣א calamity; beh-VOH פַחְדְּכֶֽם׃ I fahk-deh-HEM -
בְּבֹ֤א your beh-VOH כְשׁאָ֨וה׀ fear hesh-AV פַּחְדְּכֶ֗ם cometh pahk-deh-HEM וְֽ֭אֵידְכֶם as VEH-ay-deh-hem כְּסוּפָ֣ה desolation, keh-soo-FA יֶאֱתֶ֑ה and yeh-ay-TEH בְּבֹ֥א your beh-VOH עֲ֝לֵיכֶ֗ם destruction UH-lay-HEM צָרָ֥ה cometh tsa-RA וְצוּקָֽה׃ as veh-tsoo-KA -
אָ֣ז shall az יִ֭קְרָאֻנְנִי they YEEK-ra-oon-nee וְלֹ֣א call veh-LOH אֶֽעֱנֶ֑ה upon eh-ay-NEH יְ֝שַׁחֲרֻ֗נְנִי me, YEH-sha-huh-ROON-nee וְלֹ֣א but veh-LOH יִמְצָאֻֽנְנִי׃ I yeem-tsa-OO-neh-nee -
תַּ֭חַת that TA-haht כִּי kee שָׂ֣נְאוּ they SA-neh-oo דָ֑עַת hated DA-at וְיִרְאַ֥ת knowledge, veh-yeer-AT יְ֝הוָֹ֗ה and YEH-hoh-AH לֹ֣א did loh בָחָֽרוּ׃ not va-ha-ROO -
לֹא would loh אָב֥וּ none ah-VOO לַעֲצָתִ֑י of la-uh-tsa-TEE נָ֝אֲצ֗וּ my NA-uh-TSOO כָּל counsel: kahl תּוֹכַחְתִּֽי׃ they toh-hahk-TEE -
וְֽ֭יֹאכְלוּ shall VEH-yoh-heh-loo מִפְּרִ֣י they mee-peh-REE דַרְכָּ֑ם eat dahr-KAHM וּֽמִמֹּעֲצֹ֖תֵיהֶ֣ם of oo-mee-moh-uh-TSOH-tay-HEM יִשְׂבָּֽעוּ׃ the yees-ba-OO -
כִּ֤י the kee מְשׁוּבַ֣ת turning meh-shoo-VAHT פְּתָיִ֣ם away peh-ta-YEEM תַּֽהַרְגֵ֑ם of ta-hahr-ɡAME וְשַׁלְוַ֖ת the veh-shahl-VAHT כְּסִילִ֣ים simple keh-see-LEEM תְּאַבְּדֵֽם׃ shall teh-ah-beh-DAME -
וְשֹׁמֵ֣עַֽ whoso veh-shoh-MAY-ah לִ֭י hearkeneth lee יִשְׁכָּן unto yeesh-KAHN בֶּ֑טַח me BEH-tahk וְ֝שַׁאֲנַ֗ן shall VEH-sha-uh-NAHN מִפַּ֥חַד dwell mee-PA-hahd רָעָֽה׃ safely, ra-AH
