“இவைகளே தேவனுடைய கட்டளைகளும், நியாயங்களும் ஆகும். அவற்றை நீங்கள் சுதந்திரமாக வாழப் போகின்ற தேசத்தில் கடைப்பிடிக்க வேண்டும். இந்த பூமியில் நீங்கள் வாழ்கின்ற நாள்வரைக்கும் இந்த கட்டளைகளுக்கும், நியாயங்களுக்கும் கீழ்ப்படிந்து கவனமாக அவற்றைக் கடைப்பிடிக்க வேண்டும். கர்த்தரே! உங்கள் முற்பிதாக்களுடைய தேவன் ஆவார்! அதனாலேயே அவர்களுக்கு அளித்த வாக்கின்படி இந்த சுதந்திர தேசத்தை உங்களுக்குத் தருகிறார்.
