लूका 16:18
जो कोई अपनी पत्नी को त्यागकर दूसरी से ब्याह करता है, वह व्यभिचार करता है, और जो कोई ऐसी त्यागी हुई स्त्री से ब्याह करता है, वह भी व्यभिचार करता है।

காற்று பலமாக இருக்கிறதைக் கண்டு, பயந்து, மூழ்கும்போது: ஆண்டவரே, என்னை இரட்சியும் என்று கூப்பிட்டான்.

ஆனால், தண்ணீரின் மேல் நடந்து சென்றபொழுது பேதுரு காற்றடிப்பதையும் அலைகள் வீசுவதையும் கண்டான். பயந்து போன பேதுரு, நீரில் மூழ்க ஆரம்பித்தான். உடனே பேதுரு “ஆண்டவரே, என்னைக் காப்பாற்றும்” என்று அலறினான்.
