यूहन्ना 11:44
जो मर गया था, वह कफन से हाथ पांव बन्धे हुए निकल आया और उसका मुंह अंगोछे से लिपटा हुआ तें यीशु ने उन से कहा, उसे खोलकर जाने दो॥

யோசேப்பின் எஜமான் அவனைப்பிடித்து, ராஜாவின் கட்டளையால் காவலில் வைக்கப்பட்டவர்கள் இருக்கும் சிறைச்சாலையிலே அவனை ஒப்புவித்தான். அந்தச் சிறைச்சாலையில் அவன் இருந்தான்.
