सो तुम उन को धारण करना और मानना; क्योंकि और देशों के लोगों के साम्हने तुम्हारी बुद्धि और समझ इसी से प्रगट होगी, अर्थात वे इन सब विधियों को सुनकर कहेंगे, कि निश्चय यह बड़ी जाति बुद्धिमान और समझदार है।

| shall hear | יִשְׁמְע֗וּן | yišmĕʿûn | yeesh-meh-OON |
| אֵ֚ת | ʾēt | ate | |
| all | כָּל | kāl | kahl |
| these | הַֽחֻקִּ֣ים | haḥuqqîm | ha-hoo-KEEM |
| statutes, | הָאֵ֔לֶּה | hāʾēlle | ha-A-leh |
| and say, | וְאָֽמְר֗וּ | wĕʾāmĕrû | veh-ah-meh-ROO |
| Surely | רַ֚ק | raq | rahk |
| this | עַם | ʿam | am |
| great | חָכָ֣ם | ḥākām | ha-HAHM |
| nation | וְנָב֔וֹן | wĕnābôn | veh-na-VONE |
| is a wise | הַגּ֥וֹי | haggôy | HA-ɡoy |
| and understanding | הַגָּד֖וֹל | haggādôl | ha-ɡa-DOLE |
| people. | הַזֶּֽה׃ | hazze | ha-ZEH |
