Psalm 103:5
તારા જીવનને તે ઉત્તમ વસ્તુઓથી ભરી દે છે; જેથી તારી યુવાની ગરૂડની જેમ તાજી કરાય છે.

| is renewed | כַּנֶּ֣שֶׁר | kannešer | ka-NEH-sher |
| like the eagle's. | נְעוּרָֽיְכִי׃ | nĕʿûrāyĕkî | neh-oo-RA-yeh-hee |
