આ કાનૂનો તમાંરે માંટે તથા તમાંરી સાથે રહેતા વિદેશીઓ માંટે સમાંન છે, અને તે કાયમ માંટે તમે અને તમાંરા વંશજોને બંધનકર્તા છે. યહોવા સમક્ષ સ્વદેશી અને વિદેશી સરખા જ છે.
