સોઆનના રાજકર્તાઓ બિલકુલ મૂર્ખ છે, ફારુનના ડાહ્યા ગણાતા મંત્રીઓ પણ અક્કલ વગરની સલાહ આપે છે. તેઓ ફારુન આગળ એવું કેવી રીતે કહી શકે કે, “અમે પ્રાચીન કાળના જ્ઞાની પુરુષોના અને રાજાઓના વંશજ છીએ?”
