આરવાદીઓ, સમાંરીઓ અને હમાંથીઓ. પછી કનાનીઓની જુદીજુદી જાતિઓ ફેલાવા લાગી.

આશ્શૂરના રાજાએ બાબિલ, કૂથાહ,આવ્વા, હમાથ અને સફાર્વાઈમના લોકોને લાવીને ઇસ્રાએલીઓને બદલે સમરૂનનાં શહેરોમાં વસાવ્યા. આથી તેઓએ સમરૂનનો કબજો લઈ તેનાં નગરોમાં વસવાટ કર્યો.

જયારે હમાંથના રાજા ટોઈને ખબર મળી કે દાઉદે હદાદએઝેરના આખા લશ્કરને હરાવ્યું છે.
