પણ કોઈ વિદેશી તમાંરી સાથે રહેતો હોય અને તે જો તમાંરી પાસે યહોવાના માંનમાં પાસ્ખાપર્વ પાળવા માંગતો હોય તો તે તેના પરિવારના બધા પુરુષોની સુન્નત કરાવ્યા પછી તે પર્વમાં જોડાઈ શકે; તેને દેશનો જ વતની માંનવો. પરંતુ સુન્નત કરાવ્યા વિનાના કોઈ પણ માંણસે તે ખાવું નહિ.
