ત્યારબાદ યોશિયાએ જાહેર કર્યુ કે એપ્રિલ મહિનાના ચૌદમા દિવસે યરૂશાલેમમાં પાસ્ખાપર્વ ઉજવવામાં આવશે. તે સાંજે પાસ્ખાના હલવાનો વધ કરવામાં આવ્યો.
