પણ ઈસુએ કંઈજ કહ્યું નહિં.ફરીથી પ્રમુખ યાજકે ઈસુને કહ્યું, “હવે હું તને સોગંદ દઉં છું હું તને જીવતા દેવના અધિકારથી અમને સાચું કહેવા હુકમ કરું છું. અમને કહે, શું તું દેવનો દીકરો ખ્રિસ્ત છે?”
