Luke 9:27
હું તમને સત્ય કહું છું, “અહીં ઊભા રહેલાઓમાંથી તમે કેટલાએક લોકો મૃત્યુ પામતા પહેલા દેવના રાજ્યનું દર્શન કરશે.”

પણ હું તમને સત્ય કહું છું. મારું દૂર જવું એ તમારા માટે સારું છે. શા માટે? કારણ કે હું જ્યારે દૂર જઈશ હું તમારા માટે સંબોધક મોકલીશ. પણ જો હું દૂર નહિ જાઉં તો પછી સંબોધક આવશે નહિ.

મારા પિતાના ઘરમાં ત્યાં ઘણાં ઓરડાઓ છે. જો તે સાચું ના હોત તો હું તમને આ કહેત નહિ. હું તમારા માટે જગ્યાની તૈયારી કરવા જાઉં છું.
