ઈસુએ આ વાર્તા કહી: “એક માણસ પાસે એક અંજીરનું ઝાડ હતું. તેણે તે ઝાડ તેની વાડીમાં રોપ્યું. તે માણસ પેલા અંજીરના વૃક્ષ પર કેટલાંક ફળની શોધમાં ત્યાં આવ્યો. પણ એકે જડ્યું નહિ.
