Judges 2:2
તેમ તમાંરે પણ આ દેશની પ્રજા સાથે કોઈ કરાર કરવો નહિ, તમાંરે તે લોકોની વેદીઓ તોડી પાડવી. પણ તમે માંરી આજ્ઞાનું પાલન કર્યું નથી, તમે લોકો આ શું કરી બેઠા છો?

| down throw shall ye | מִזְבְּחֽוֹתֵיהֶ֖ם | mizbĕḥôtêhem | meez-beh-hoh-tay-HEM |
| their altars: | תִּתֹּצ֑וּן | tittōṣûn | tee-toh-TSOON |
| but ye have not | וְלֹֽא | wĕlōʾ | veh-LOH |
| obeyed | שְׁמַעְתֶּ֥ם | šĕmaʿtem | sheh-ma-TEM |
| my voice: | בְּקוֹלִ֖י | bĕqôlî | beh-koh-LEE |
