આયના માંણસોએ પાછળ જોયું તો તેમણે નગરમાંથી ધુમાંડો આકાશમાં ચઢતો જોયો. તેઓ કયાંય ભાગી જઈ શકે એમ રહ્યું નહિ, કારણ જે ઇસ્રાએલીઓ વગડા તરફ ભાગી ગયા હતા તેમણે પાછા ફરીને પીછો પકડનારાઓ ઉપર હુમલો કર્યો.
