Joshua 8:2
તેં યરીખો અને તેના રાજાના જે હાલ કર્યા તે જ ‘આય’ ના અને એના રાજાના કરજે, પરંતુ આ વખતે તમે તેમાંનો માંલસામાંન તથા ઢોર-ઢાંખર પોતાને માંટે રાખી શકો છો, અને એ નગરની પાછળની બાજુએથી હુમલો કરવા સૈનિકોને છુપાવી રાખજે.”

| only | רַק | raq | rahk |
| the spoil | שְׁלָלָ֥הּ | šĕlālāh | sheh-la-LA |
| cattle the and thereof, | וּבְהֶמְתָּ֖הּ | ûbĕhemtāh | oo-veh-hem-TA |
| prey a for take ye shall thereof, | תָּבֹ֣זּוּ | tābōzzû | ta-VOH-zoo |
| lay yourselves: unto | לָכֶ֑ם | lākem | la-HEM |
| thee an ambush | שִׂים | śîm | seem |
| for the city | לְךָ֥ | lĕkā | leh-HA |
| behind | אֹרֵ֛ב | ʾōrēb | oh-RAVE |
| it. | לָעִ֖יר | lāʿîr | la-EER |
| מֵאַֽחֲרֶֽיהָ׃ | mēʾaḥărêhā | may-AH-huh-RAY-ha |
