યાજક એલઆજાર, નૂનનો પુત્ર યહોશુઆ અને ઇસ્રાએલી કુટુંબોના આગેવાનો શીલોહે મળ્યા. અને યહોવાની સામે મુલાકાત મંડપાના પ્રવેશ દ્વાર આગળ ભેગા થયા. અને તેઓએ ચિઠ્ઠીઓ નાખી અને તે પ્રમાંણે તેમને જમીન ફાળવી અને આ રીતે તેઓએ લોકો વચ્ચે જમીનની ફાળવણી પૂરી કરી.
