પછી યાનોઆહ નીચે ઊતરીને આટારોથ અને નાઅરાહ જતી હતી. ત્યાંથી યરીખો જઈ યર્દન આગળ પૂરી થતી હતી.

| and came | וּפָגַע֙ | ûpāgaʿ | oo-fa-ɡA |
| to Jericho, | בִּֽירִיח֔וֹ | bîrîḥô | bee-ree-HOH |
| out went and | וְיָצָ֖א | wĕyāṣāʾ | veh-ya-TSA |
| at Jordan. | הַיַּרְדֵּֽן׃ | hayyardēn | ha-yahr-DANE |
