Jeremiah 9:10
હું તેઓના પર્વતો અને ઘાસચારાના બીડો માટે વિલાપ અને રૂદન કરતાં કરતાં તેમની તરફ નજર કરું છું; તેઓ ઉજ્જડ થઇ ગયા છે, તેમાં કોઇ જીવતું રહ્યું નથી. ઢોરનો અવાજ સંભળાતો નથી અને પક્ષીઓ તથા જંગલી પ્રાણીઓ પણ ત્યાં નથી; સર્વ નાસી ગયા છે.
