Jeremiah 29:31
“બધા લોકોને જેમનો દેશ નિકાલ કર્યો છે એમને આ સંદેશો મોકલજે: નેહેલામીના શમાયા વિષે યહોવા આ પ્રમાણે કહે છે: ‘શમાયાએ મારા મોકલ્યા વગર તમને વાણી સંભળાવી છે અને તમે બધાં તેના જૂઠાણાને માનવા લાગ્યા છો.

Jeremiah 29:23
કારણ કે આ માણસોએ મારા લોકો મધ્યે ભયંકર કૃત્યો કર્યા છે. તેઓએ પોતાના પડોશીઓની પત્નીઓ સાથે વ્યભિચાર કર્યો છે, અને મારા નામે જૂંઠાણું પ્રગટ કર્યું જે મેં તેમને કહેવા માટે હુકમ કર્યો નહોતો. હું જાણું છું કેમ કે તેઓનાં સર્વ કૃત્યો મેં જોયાં છે.” આ યહોવાના વચન છે.
Ezekiel 13:8
યહોવા મારા માલિક તેમને કહે છે, “તમે ખોટી વાણી ઉચ્ચારો છો અને જૂઠાં દર્શનની વાત કરો છો, તેથી હું તમારી વિરુદ્ધ થઇ ગયો છું.
Ezekiel 13:22
“‘હું નીતિમાન લોકો ઉપર દુ:ખ લાવ્યો નહોતો તે છતાં તમે તમારા જૂઠાણાંમાંથી તેમને નિરાશ કર્યા છે. અને તમારા જૂઠા પ્રબોધકો દુષ્ટ લોકોને એટલું પ્રોત્સાહન આપે છે કે તેઓ પોતાનાં ભૂંડાં જીવનથી પાછા ફરતા નથી અને પોતાનાં જીવન બચાવતા નથી.
Jeremiah 23:21
યહોવાએ કહ્યું, “આ પ્રબોધકોને મેં મોકલ્યા નથી. છતાં તેઓ દોડાદોડ કરે છે; મેં આ લોકોને કઇં કહ્યું નથી. છતાં તેઓ મારે નામે બોલે છે.
Jeremiah 28:15
ત્યારબાદ યમિર્યાએ પ્રબોધકને કહ્યું, “સાંભળ હનાન્યા, યહોવાએ તને મોકલ્યો નથી, અને તારે કારણે આ લોકો જૂઠાણામાં માને છે,

ભૂતકાળમાં દેવના લોકો વચ્ચે ખોટા પ્રબોધકો ઊભા થયા હતા. અત્યારે પણ એવું જ છે. તમારા સમૂહમાં કેટલાએક જૂઠાં ઉપદેશકો છે. તેઓ જે વસ્તુ ખોટી છે તેનો ઉપદેશ આપશે કે જેનાથી લોકો ખોવાઇ જાય. આ ખોટા ઉપદેશકો એ રીતે ઉપદેશ આપશે કે જેથી તેઓ ખોટા છે તે શોધવું તમારા માટે મુશ્કેલ બની જશે. તેઓ સ્વામી (ઈસુ) કે જેના દ્ધારા તેઓને સ્વતંત્રતા મળી છે, તેનો પણ સ્વીકાર કરવાનો નકાર કરશે. અને આથી તેઓ પોતાની જાતે ઉતાવળે નાશ વહોરી લેશે.
