Jeremiah 1:15
હા! જુઓ, હું ઉત્તરમાં બધા રાજ્યોને બોલાવું છું. તેમના રાજાઓ યરૂશાલેમના દરવાજા સામે તેની ફરતેની દીવાલની સામે, તેમ જ યહૂદિયાના બધા નગરોની સામે પોતપોતાનું સિંહાસન માંડશે. આ યહોવાના વચન છે.

યહોવાએ કહ્યું, “યરૂશાલેમને હું ખંડેરોનો ઢગલો બનાવી દઇશ, શિયાળોની બોડ બનાવી દઇશ, અને હું યહૂદિયાના શહેરોને નિર્જન વગડામાં ફેરવી નાખીશ.”

“અન્ય લોકોને જાણ કરો, યરૂશાલેમમાં દાંડી પિટાવો. યહૂદિયાના નગરો સામે યુદ્ધનાદો કરતા દૂરના દેશથી દુશ્મનો આવે છે.
