પછી તેણે ત્રીજે અને સાતમે દિવસે પાવકજળ વડે પોતાની શુદ્ધિ કરાવવી. ત્યારબાદ તે શુદ્ધ થયો ગણાશે. પણ જો તે આ પ્રમાંણે ત્રીજા દિવસે અને સાતમે દિવસે પોતાની શુદ્ધિ નહિ કરાવે તો તે શુદ્ધ નહિ ગણાય.
