યહોવા કહે છે, “દેશમાં ભયંકર આઘાતજનક વાતો બની રહી છે:

| and horrible thing | וְשַׁ֣עֲרוּרָ֔ה | wĕšaʿărûrâ | veh-SHA-uh-roo-RA |
| committed is | נִהְיְתָ֖ה | nihyĕtâ | nee-yeh-TA |
| in the land; | בָּאָֽרֶץ׃ | bāʾāreṣ | ba-AH-rets |
